A scanner calibration according to the IT8 standard is important for measuring the individual color vision behavior of a scanner and for creating a color profile for this device. With the revision of its standard, the ISO is responding to the new requirements that have arisen from digital printing. The “Advanced IT8 Targets” from LaserSoft Imaging according to ISO standard 12641-2 – with more measuring fields for more accuracy – are now available at an introductory price.
