A couple of security related websites are reporting a security leak in Adobe Photoshop CS2 and CS3! Apperently some manipulative code hidden in harmless bitmap files, such as .bmp, .dib and .rle, will make the computer vulnerable for remote acess. The security expert Marsu shows in an example how opening a bitmap file will trigger opening the default calculator application on a Windows system. Currently there is no patch available by Adobe yet so we recommend to stay away from such files in these formats created by unknown sources.
