A cake for our customer service and support team

torteLaserSoft Imaging has to give credit to its customer service and support team. Since years they are one of the keys to us being successfully around this long by doing a great job of assisting many of you with a wide variety of technical support and customer service related phone calls and emails day in and day out. Thanks a lot, dear SilverFast customer service and support team. Many of you have also noticed our team’s commitment and have sent in commendations. Here are some of them:

A reliable customer support cannot be taken for granted these days. Many companies have outsourced or disestablished their support teams for reasons of economy.     I am about a week into my 30 day trial of Silverfast 8. Before installing it I could not get my Win 7 64 bit Ultimate and Gateway Desktop computer to recognize my Nikon 8000 ED film scanner. Suddenly, after installing Silverfast, my scanner was not only working with Silverfast, as expected, but also with ver 4.03 of Nikon Scan. I will eventually purchase the Silverfast 8 but right now is not a good time for me to do so. My question is : When my Silverfast trial expires and I do not try to continue to run Silverfast, will I still be able to run the Nikon Scan software with my Nikon Scanner still being recognized?
